The article intends to demonstrate that we find in the Science of Logic the logical bases of the concept of intersubjectivity. In the correlation between the Doctrine of Concept and the Philosophy of Spirit, the logical structure of the concept unfolds in the practical structure of the Philosophy of the Real, in the realities of the State and History. By this bias, the article starts from the dialectic of the concept, in the well-known categories of universality, particularity and singularity, reconstructs this dialectical circle and opens to the theory of judgment and syllogism. The dialectic of concept, judgment and syllogism does not point to an absolute and undifferentiated subjectivity, but the network of subjectivities results in a formal system of intersubjectivity. The foundations of the Doctrine of Concept allow us to extend this approach to the Philosophy of the Spirit in the social and historical macro-relations in the formation of systemic intersubjectivity among peoples.
